Somebody once said to me that when you get a dog people will cross the road to talk to you, others to avoid you! To our disappointment some places that we visited on our days out were not always very welcoming because we had Izzy with us but many others were very kind and very accommodating. And so it began. We started compiling favourite walks, dog-friendly cafés in Yorkshire and dog-friendly pubs in Yorkshire and thought we’d like to share them with other dog lovers.

Corina – Izzy’s companion, runs the site and looks after the advertisers. Previous to becoming a dog- friendly guru, Corina spent 17 years in various marketing and PR roles.
Ian – Izzy and Corina’s companion on walks and tea and buns stops, chief photographer and map reader.
